Refund Policy

We believe in our product, but we understand that sometimes things just aren't the right fit. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and prevent abuse.

1. The "Mistake Protection" Window (0 - 6 Hours)

If you purchase a course and realize immediately that it wasn't what you wanted, or you purchased the wrong item by mistake, you are eligible for an instant, automatic refund.

  • Requests made within 6 hours of purchase are approved automatically.
  • Access to the course material will be revoked immediately upon processing.

2. The "Quality Guarantee" Window (6 - 48 Hours)

If you have spent some time with the material and found it does not meet your learning needs, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

  • To help us improve, you will be required to complete a brief feedback survey explaining the specific learning outcomes that were missing or technical issues encountered.
  • These requests are generally approved provided the survey is completed in good faith.

3. Manual Review (> 48 Hours)

Requests made after 48 hours are subject to manual review by our administration team. These refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are typically reserved for extenuating circumstances or unresolved technical failures on our end.

4. Fair Use & Abuse

We monitor refund activity to ensure fair use of our platform.

  • Consumption Limits: While we do not enforce a strict percentage limit, accounts that have consumed a significant portion of a course (e.g., completed most quizzes) before requesting a refund may be subject to manual review and rejection.
  • Repeat Activity: Users with a history of repeated purchasing and refunding may be banned from the platform.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit for future purchases. Please note that refunds to credit cards may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
