• Usage Data: Quiz scores, progress tracking, and time spent on materials.
• Transaction Data: Purchase history and invoice records.

2. Third-Party Processors

We utilize trusted third-party infrastructure to deliver our services. We do not sell your data to these providers; they process data strictly on our behalf.

• Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• BunnyCDN: Content delivery and asset storage.
• Akamai / Linode: Cloud infrastructure and server hosting.
• Mailgun: Transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare: Security, bot protection (Turnstile), and DDoS mitigation.
• Google Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics to help us improve the platform.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processors

We use OpenAI and Google Gemini to generate educational content and explanations. We do not transmit your personal information (PII) to these AI providers. Only anonymized course content and queries are processed.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Active Accounts: We retain your learning history and course progress indefinitely to allow you to pause and resume your studies.
• Financial Records: Upon account deletion, we are legally required to retain transaction records (including your name, email, and billing details) for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting audits.
• Course Data: Upon account deletion, all learning progress, quiz scores, and custom notes are permanently erased from our active databases.
