Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flashcard Studio platform operated by Inspector Network LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Purpose & Institutional Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing for a specific course or product, no content provided through Flashcard Studio constitutes professional, legal, insurance, inspection, engineering, regulatory, or compliance advice. All materials are provided solely for general educational and study assistance purposes.

You are solely responsible for verifying information against official, authoritative, and jurisdiction-specific sources, including statutes, codes, licensing bodies, and examination authorities.

3. AI-Assisted Content & Risk Disclosure

Portions of the Flashcard Studio platform utilize trained Large Language Models (“LLMs”) to generate, summarize, or explain educational material. While underlying source materials may be authoritative, LLM-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature.

• Generated content may contain errors, omissions, ambiguities, or inaccuracies.
• Model outputs may not reflect the most current standards, codes, or exam content.
• We employ reasonable and redundant quality checks, but no system is perfect.

You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on AI-assisted content is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

4. No Guarantees or Outcome Assurance

Flashcard Studio makes no guarantees regarding exam performance, licensing outcomes, professional success, inspection results, or regulatory compliance.

We are not responsible for failed examinations, denied licenses, lost income, professional discipline, re-inspections, penalties, or any downstream consequences arising from use of the platform.

5. Account Access, Use & Enforcement

Each account is licensed for use by a single individual. Credential sharing, concurrent usage, scraping, redistribution, or misuse of platform content is strictly prohibited.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the platform.

6. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are discretionary and may be denied where termination results from violations, misuse, credential sharing, scraping, or attempts to exploit refund or chargeback systems.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support are considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently revoke access, deny future accounts, and recover fees associated with chargebacks.

7. Account Closure & Data Retention

Users may request to close their account at any time. Account Closure results in the immediate cessation of access to the platform.

For financial auditing, tax compliance, and anti-fraud purposes, Inspector Network LLC retains records of financial transactions and associated identifiers (such as Stripe Customer IDs) for the period required by law.

Upon a specific request for Permanent Deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal identifiers (Name and Email) from our active production databases, except where retention is legally mandated.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including questions, explanations, diagrams, software, and presentation, is the exclusive property of Inspector Network LLC. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, scraping, or derivative use is prohibited.

9. User-Generated Content

Certain features of the platform may allow users to create, upload, or store content, including custom flashcards or notes (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Inspector Network LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspector Network LLC from any claims arising from User Content you submit.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspector Network LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific flashcard set or product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost income or professional opportunities.

12. Binding Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Arbitration shall be conducted in or seated in Orange County, Florida.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
