1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the educational platform provided by Inspector Network LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Educational Purpose & AI Disclaimer

Supplemental Aid Only: Our services are intended as a supplemental study aid. They are not a replacement for official textbooks, certified instruction, or hands-on field experience.

AI-Generated Content: Portions of our content, including explanations and quiz feedback, may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy:

  • Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated explanations are free from hallucinations or factual errors.
  • Users should verify critical information against official code books and regulatory standards.
  • We are not liable for any professional errors, inspection failures, or code violations resulting from reliance on our study materials.

3. Account Security & "One Seat" Policy

Individual Use: Your account is licensed for use by a single individual. Sharing login credentials with colleagues, employees, or friends is strictly prohibited.

Corporate/Team Accounts: Organizations must purchase a separate seat/license for each individual user. "Team" accounts may not share a single login among multiple employees.

Termination: We employ monitoring technologies to detect concurrent usage and credential sharing. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be terminated immediately without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

Our Content: All questions, answers, diagrams, and software code on this platform are the property of Inspector Network LLC. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content (e.g., rewriting our questions for use on another platform).

Your Content: If you create custom flashcards, notes, or other content on our platform, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant Inspector Network LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use automated scripts, scrapers, or spiders to access or collect data from our services.
